Returns
Should you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product please contact us and we will arrange an exchange or refund. We will require you to return the product with the packing slip by mail to us at

You will receive a credit within 5 business days of receiving your order. Note that shipping charges will only be refunded when the error was the fault of Dmand Supply. We strongly suggest that you check your order and your confirmation email to ensure you have selected the correct products, and if you have made an error, contact us immediately. If the product has not been shipped, we will be able to correct your error.
Note that we cannot refund simply because you have changed your mind, but will exchange the product. Additional postage will be charged in these circumstances.
Lost Products
If an order is not received within the stated delivery time (i.e. the time stated in our freight info & prices, if not arranged otherwise), please contact us. We will investigate the problem and get back to you within 5 working days. If the item cannot be located, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost or a refund will be arranged.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product in your order, you can do so by contacting us before the order has been shipped. If the order has been shipped, additional freight charges will apply.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us before the order is shipped.
